Also these outfits are not new. They date back to GBA games over a decade old.

Besides the ample cleavage on Kasumi, there's actually not a big difference. And yes I know they're Fusion costumes, but a little pixelized GBA easter egg is a huge difference from a playable outfit in modern day graphics.
