Is there a high chance Gravity Rush 2 moved to PS4 also?

i'm hoping for multiplat.

not being on vita would be a huge blow to the couple of vita fanatics out there so i'd hate for it to not be on vita.   ..but for the sake of the game and franchise i hope it is also on ps4.   i'd honestly prefer to play it there myself.
