are you a manager at a supercenter. lol I also work for walmart,but for a different branch. I work at a walmart neighborhood market. there all grocery store chain. I've been working there for 13 years. I could never be a manager at any walmart. Can't stand all the dam people,plus the managers get 4 days off,but they work between 48-60 hours a week,depending on the snap days. There's no way on earth that I could do that,just working 40 hours a week is a never ending hell. Walmart is usually relaxed as far as firing people goes. They'll usually give you a thousand chances,then they'll eventually get tired of you. I've called in numerous times,but the only reason they keep me around,is that I usually work harder and put more of an effort into the bs,then anybody else,when I'm there. That's the only reason they put up with me. OT: that worker should be fired,you don't put your hand on the managers period. that's the one thing walmart is usually strict about.
