I think the wiiU's market is a) Nintendo fans b) People that own a PC/ps4/x1 and are looking to buy another console cause the wiiU's biggest strength is its exclusives that cannot be playable on other platforms but of course, its biggest weakness is that virtually all games that can be played on other platforms can't be played on the wiiU but if if you own one of the other consoles/PC, then a lot of the games will be the same on the other consoles except the wiiU.

So what I am getting at is, ps4/x1/PC + wiiU is a good way to go if you have the money for it and if u like Nintendo games. If you don't like Nintendo games, well, then dont even bother
