X1 is the safe bet, but it depends of how much PS4 will dominate once it first party pick up.
Let's wait for Destiny to come out. Watch Dogs market share on new-gen consoles was 70% on PS4 and 30% on X1. If X1 can hold or improve this, than it will win over Wii U. But if this number get worst, than Wii U has slightly more chance of a second place.
