I guess the problems is that, in the internet, we're used to believe every person is a guy. So we either make sexists comments without think somewhere a girl is reading this, or just 'cause we aren't used to see how a girl reacts to X or Y random comment.

In my experience, I've never seen/talked to a girl on this site, so I might have done sexist comments already without realising it migh be offensive. And also because of that, I would get very salty about a ban/moderation since I normally talk to others in an offensive way.

I agree. It happens a lot. And the bans we met out are typically for the blatant stuff, not the subtle stuff because of it.

But it can't hurt to keep it at the forefront of people's minds.
