The rumor that they are making one has been going around for a while now, maybe we'll get to see something in September.

Hasn't that rumour been going round since the PS3 came around?

I'd take a partnership with Level 5 with a Ni No Kuni follow up of sorts in terms of Sony funded jRPG (though yes Namco Bandai published it in Europe at least)
