Far more interesting I think, is the glimpse in to how SCE operates and thinks.
-Sony doesn't really understand why the PS4 is selling through so quickly. They're trying to establish a single decisive factor, but are still searching.
-The exceptionally high sales actually created a sense of alarm. While a positive thing for SCE, it wasn't expected and therefore not planned for.
-(This one is really interesting) SCE Third party relations and Shu (assuming other higher ups as well) may not actually be in immediate contact over large third party deals taking place. He was in the dark about things like TR and SH.
-Sony are very happy with TLOU sales, despite an earlier report.
My point:
-Shu is exactly the type of person we as gamers want to be at the head of these divisions when it comes to transparency and openness.
