I was watching this documentary called Hitlers GI Death camp or something like that and one of the survivors was like his friend was tired and overworked so he asked one of the German guards if he could rest a bit and get some water. He said they threw buckets of ice cold water on his friend which killed him instantly. I can't help but think of that everytime i see someone do this challenge :/
