Pretty much what I think (at least in percentage).
PS4: 15M (46.87%)
XBO: 7.5M (23.43%)
WiiU: 9.5M (29.68%)
I think those percentages will hold up (+-1%), although a hail-mary price-drop/marketing blitz may skew this.
