I'm still struggling to find the real catch here.
60 min per session is a little annoying but definitely more than managable if you can start as many sessions a day as you want. Having to stream it is not ideal, but what the heck, it's free so why complain? You'll probably only be able to use it, if your friend isn't playing on his system or if you're playing a multiplayer game together, but I guess that was to be expected.
All in all it sounds like a pretty awesome feature.
