Tomb Raider sold the most on PS3/PS4 and that hasnt stopped SE from abandoning the platforms at launch. Could see the same thing happen with the likes of Fallout. Microsoft need game changers.

Perhaps. Fallout is a much bigger franchise than Tomb Raider still, and Microsoft would have to pay hundreds of millions for the 6 months of exclucitivity or whatever, not to mention paying enough that public backlash is ineffective. They could probably get the DLC as timed exclusives, though, like how they did last generation.

Of course, Microsoft is a walking bank. It really depends on just how much they are willing to pay for one game...

Yes Microsoft is a walking bank, but no bank in its right mind would pay craptons of cash without expecting a return on it, and the amount MS would have to pay to have Fallout timed exclusive would be so insane that they wont make a return om the investment.

I'd say Resi 7, as capcom is in financial dire straights.
