For those mentioning Fallout. It's an entirely different ballgame to Tomb Raider.
The last iteration, Fallout 3, sold over 9 million copies. 3.5m of those on the PS3. With the change to the gaming landscape over the past 2 years, they could be down by as much as 5 million copies by making it exclusive.
Even if Bethesda would consider it, it wouldn't be worth the asking price for MS.
