I would say, if we're looking at existing franchises, the criteria would be a third party title that still holds a relative level of brand strength, but recently has not performed as well as it did in the past. There may now be a higher level of risk associated with a large new investment in the franchise. The title must also fit soundly into the MS portfolio and release schedule.

-Medal Of Honor
-Prototype
-Crysis
-Tekken
-Mirror's Edge
-Darksiders
-Saints Row
Are all possibilities. Resident Evil would be the biggest fish to catch as it could genuinely move some hardware.
