Well Aonuma stated in some interview, shortly after SS released iirc, that he couldn't imagine going back to button controls for Zelda after SS, as that would feel like a step backwards. Then again, a lot has happened since.
Imo it seems like a given that they'll offer flexible control options, so motion(+) and traditional controls, likely with options for old-school pro controller as well as gyro- and touchscreen-enhanced Gamepad options.
