Get real TLoU wasn't even the best PS3 game in 2013, let alone of all time.

I'm curious but what did you think was the best PS3 game in 2013?

Ni No Kuni, Wrath of the White Witch

That game is amazing.

Personally I would say Puppeteer.  Probably the greatest sales tragedy I've ever played.  This game bled character and the setting and gameplay fed into each other so wonderfully.  I've never seen an artstyle you could PLAY.  Probably my favorite pure platformer of all time (Ratchet and Clank ACiT being my favorite overall but it's a mix of genres including some platforming).  I got really pissed seeing the sales when Sony released it a week before GTA5 they could have just held it for PS4 and given it its own window or even released it in July or August.
