But 3rd Party Multiplats! lol

People's basis that they wont sell Xbox hardware is based on cross gen releases which really shouldn't have an effect on next gen hardware and hasn't bar watchdogs (58% PS4, 27% Xbox One). Did the xbox360 and PS3 sell 80m because of PS2 and Xbox1 titles? Our only reference says that big generation exclusive software sells hardware respective to that generation even if one console is favoured more then the other.

Please someone explain to me why this won't apply this time round. Its not like the Xbox Doesn't have exclusives coming up and both systems are similarly priced, its simply ilogical to think everyone is automatically gonna side with Playstation. Especially when none of their IPs don't as much power as Halo in the North America. It will only take a small increase for Xbox to outpace Wii U. The reason why we haven't seen this yet is because not a single big 3rd party next gen exclusive has been release in the 9months since the PS4/XO Launch, but there are dozens on the way. (Assassins Creed Unity, Witcher 3, Evolve, Batman Arkham Knight in the next 6months). Infact most releases in 2015 are next exclusives, which why the PS4 will probably sell 15m-20m  and the Xbox will sell at least half of that.

If you've seen 2015 line up of games, including Xbox Exclusives you really have no reason to believe Xbox Sales will be down YOY which is what your forecast predicts.

Also the effect of Pikmin, Donkey Kong, Wonderful 101 and Sonic on wii U sales in the last 9months, tells you how valuable Nintendo's exclusives are when they are not Mario, Zelda or Pokemon.

Cros gen seems to only be afecting the x1 aparantly since the ps4 is flying of shelves.  I highly doubt the x1 will sell a third of the ps4's numbers.

I know multyplats are very important to allconsoles. But if the ps4 next year has almost all the games the x1 has except for 3, but the ps4 still has like 10 the x1 does not, people will take notice and keep choossing the ps4. You might think that releasing a bunch of little games wont help but they appeal to somebody.

Another thing that you are probably tired of hearing is that the more ps4 sells, the more likely their friends of the owners will get a ps4 to play together and since a lot of them are 360 owners that jumped ships, well thats not going to be good for x1.

Also tired of hearing the ps4's hardware supiriority so the x1 should not cost the same as the ps4. O and all 3 will get a pricecut next year so that will not influence anyone to choose the x1.

Nintendo might not be selling right now due to the hypetrain the ps4 vs x1 war has had for over ayear. Any game nintendo released got overshodowed by everything else and people where waiting for the next big thing and fighting the console war and just ignored nintendo. But all that is over now and the hype is gone and nintendo went back into the light as x1 crashed and burned after loosing the war. Another thing is that unlike xbox games that sell all they are going to sell in the first month, nintendo games sell for years with every new console purchase so all those big hitters will come back in the holidays and theoff season next year.

All three will get a price cut next year? Xbox one can afford a price cut because it's hardware isn't as expensive to make compare to the ps4. Sony doesn't have a lot of money and can't afford a lost on ps4 (ps4 is the only thing making a profit for sony) so I think only Microsoft and maybe Nintendo will have a price cut.

If the xbox hardware is not as expensive as the ps4, why did MS decided that it should be the same price as the ps4? So M$ has been shafting xbox fans?

Sony anounced that they weremaking profit on each ps4, even if not a lot they can drope the price a little. Plus, on this day and age technology gets cheaper every year so by next year they will know where to cut coners. so $50 sometime nextyear is not out of the question, specially since they wont want to give M$ the upper hand in any way.

Microsoft is doing the same thing that Nintendo did. Release it at a  somewhat expensive price for first year, use the large amount of profits to subsudize their lost when they do a price cut in 2015. And again, Sony can't risk any lost with the PS4 or take much chances with new ips (they rely on indie games with their open policies) because if they were to lose any money on the PS4 or can't profit off the PS4, Sony is definantly finished. It has gotten so bad for Sony that their own governement won't back them up any more.
