Right now, I'm wiilling to trust RCT and his claim. I'm not sold on his story completely but I do believe there's bigger suspects out there. Wright and Khan, primarily. Wright for the reasons upon which I've already discussed (evasion, lack of a contribution, holding information back to the benefit of noone for a very weak reason indeed), and Khan due to his posting style and his voting for TheProf just now. It strikes of a retaliation move, which he admitted, moreso than anything else. In addition he doesn't seem to be contributing that much, aside from to jump in with the occasional comment.
As for Sparks, I can't decide. I'd say Nickelsbe and TheProf are definitely town. Sparks has made some curious moves and actions but he's provided some reasoning for them, and indeed has posted some good possibilities. To answer his questions as well which he just posed:
1. Yeah, pretty sure padib is town. I wouldn't have protected him if I didn't think so, even if upon reflection I should have gone with my gut and protected theprof. Actually that's a good question; were I to protect theprof, would Spurge still be alive? If so then I feel really bad about it 
2. I'm not sold on Outlaw either way; he also hasn't contributed much on this, the second day. I'd like to hear more from him.
3. If I had to choose four for scum, then I would also agree with Khan, Trucks, with Wright and either Outlaw, RCT, Sparks or Smears being the other. Can't decide right now but the first three I would be happy lynching. The latter three, I'm not so sure.
4. You make some good points. I apologize for the lack of participation as well. Might as well say that I was at my sister's wedding earlier this week and have been re-organizing the house after last week. Come next week I should be here more.
Hope that has at least helped people out a tad. Will comment more later, but food is about to arrive.

Surely you're done eating now? Why do you think Trucks is suspicious? Sparks has said his bit on it, but I'd like to hear yours. All I really had on him yesterday was that he seemed to buddy up with prof, but that was back when I suspected prof a lot more, so maybe I was imagining that. Right now, I'm surprised to see three different people eying him up, as Sparks and prof have also pointed fingers. So I want to hear your opinion on this. Also, why Outlaw? We've got a decently solid case for him being town, do you disagree with it? And why Smeags? I'll admit, he just hasn't been around enough or contributing enough for me to feel totally safe with him, but he's been helpful, moreso than most of your other suspects. So why?

I can't say more than a gut suspicion on Trucks; namely because I felt as though IkePoR was suspicious beforehand and the way he's been posting has felt a little...off. Can't quite put my finger on it and maybe it was because he needed to head out of town this weekend; but his "me too" play approach seems to be rubbing me up the wrong way.
As for Outlaw, I missed the final day and perhaps it was different than when I skimmed through it but I still have residual insecurities about him from before. Admittedly these seem much more far-fetched and I'd be happy to say he's town, but I'm going to be keeping an eye on him regardless.
Also Smeags, he was highly analytical initially, but he's faded into the background somewhat on this the second day. Looking back at a number of his posts, he's just providing facts in order to take the light away from any suspicion which may fall on himself, and try and divert it to other people (which suceeded). The rest of his post are sorta "ooh this person is suspicious" without a lot more context, and coupled with his inactivity as of late makes me even more suspicious.
I'll agree these cases are relatively weak, and that's because I only have feelings for people right now; not enough to vote for them. I'm not sure right now if anyone is town, because everyone has made some suspicious comments. Perhaps tomorrow with time I'll look through the comments in more depth and try and build a better case, but that's how I feel right now.
