Would VG Chartz descent into anarchy if there was no one controlling the Forums?

If there was no mods, no admins just no one moderating the forums do you think this is a decent enough group of people that we would have a respectable community?

Or do you think everything will crash into madness with trolls and nothing but immature insults?
