If Nintendo was smart they'd ink a deal with Disney/Marvel for exclusive Marvel games, much like the N64 and GameCube had a deal with LucasArts in the 90s/early 2000s for Star Wars games.

Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Iron Man, Spider-Man, etc. would all make good IP that can sell to adults and kids on both the Wii U and 3DS.

Yes they definitely should partner up - They share much of the same audience (familys and children) and Disney could provide IPs for the fathers and teenagers of the family. I look at Disneys franchises for children and think that if they could produce a REAL game with Shrek, Olaf or Alladin it would be on top of Metachritic as well as on top-sellers lists.

Nah Nintendo doesn't need the traditional Disney trope of characters. They have their own cast of characters (Mario and co.) for that.

Marvel brings something new to the table though in that Marvel can appeal strongly to teenagers and adults while still having appeal to kids. It's the perfect demographic cross section for Nintendo.
