If Nintendo was smart they'd ink a deal with Disney/Marvel for exclusive Marvel games, much like the N64 and GameCube had a deal with LucasArts in the 90s/early 2000s for Star Wars games.
Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Iron Man, Spider-Man, etc. would all make good IP that can sell to adults and kids on both the Wii U and 3DS.
