So at work (Gamestop) The Last of Us Remastered seems to be the it game flying off the shelves at the moment. Many of these customers never owned a PS3, opting to skip over it for one of its competitors. They never had access to games like TLOU, Uncharted, LBP, Infamous, etc. Before owning a PS device these customers had a very particular attitude towards PS exclusives. I had a few conversations with them to discuss this.

Many stated they just assumed they couldn't be that good as they weren't on 360 (they often have no concept of 1st/3rd party game development). They would hear their PS3 owning friends(all one of them) cheering about Uncharted and TLOU but their impression was "Meh" or "But is it Halo/COD good?". They really didn't dabble in story based games and were completely un accustomed to strong ones outside of their realm. So, for whatever reasons they made the leap to PS4 this generation and many of their tunes have completely changed. So many who played TLOU for the first time now on PS4 come back and are like "How did I skip over this game?!" Its always good to see well deserved games get praised. There hasty opinion of PS exclusives, that they were just hyped ammo of fanboys, has dissipated.  Now they see what long time PS players have always known about Naughty Dog and many other Sony exclusives.

So my question is, as someone who did not own a PS3 and or did not play Uncharted1-3/TLOU/etc but has now been introduced to them..... how do you feel about them?
