It's not only DLC it is also the right to advertise the game as exclusive (same as Watch Dogs).

Watch Dogs was never advertised as exclusive. That would be false advertising and would've got them sued.

What? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ao2l9vi1Xyg No mention of 360 or Xbone version. In Germany since years Fifa games are shown as exclusive with no mention of Xbox versions available. One could argue that my wording would imply they actively say "exclusive" but by not mentioning other versions the outcome is the same.
