At first I was like "check"book? Then I looked at the link and saw "cheque"book and now I'm like, why did OP change the spelling? But that is a cute term though, chequebook warfare. That really didn't work out enough to help them not come third last gen, but with last gens leader slipping up, chequbook warfare might help them edge out a small second place victory this gen.
