Why they did it? Same reasons as others did before: showing the game before it's ready on console. Don't be fools to imply more to this case than there is. The game is a beuatiful 2d game but in no way really demanding so expect a good looking game looking the same on PC and console. |
We've also had confirmation from people playing Forza Horizon 2 that it's also running on PC. People have witnessed the game blue screen but nobody has taken a picture as MS employees were very quick to turn off screens etc. I think I'll wait before I buy FH2 just to make sure the quality is the same as they have been showing off!

Well, the demo I played was the same that was on e3 so it was a rather old build which means nothing to the state the game currently is in.
As for taking pictures: Sony and MS didn't want anyone to take pictures of anything. I was told I wasn't allowed to take pictures off Journey (!!)...
