Onlive actually has a pretty decent $9.99 a month with access to play 150-200 games, or whatever number it is and can play any one you want and as much as you want. Would be a lot better if it had more better games but that's a pretty good deal.
On a side note: I have Mediacom internet and they put data caps in place last year I think and I have a cap of 250 GB(gigabytes).
