The overly negative tone against Sony makes this video hard to watch. Half of the video talks about how bad digital is in general.
Also it's a bit weird how he counts all the ways that this service is worse than offline gaming(which it is) and then goes on to be afraid that it will be a success.
"The only pro of streaming is convenience" - Yes. That is the main force that drives all of our technology. That's why we started using bones instead of our hands to clubber tigers to death. So I wouldn't disregard "convenience" as something minor.
Also there is latency on games that you stream through the internet? Which university professor did he ask to find that out?
Overall I'm gonna chalk this up to random hysteria.
