Pretty terrible video. He does have some valid points, but when your argument involves completely neglecting to mention the positives in a balanced manner, as well as cherry picking information relating to other issues, it's perhaps not one you should be making.
I see nothing wrong with the service. It offers a new way of providing content to people that removes the need for native gaming hardware. If people don't want it or if Sony delivers it in a manner that makes people unhappy, then they still have the option of going out and buying a console/gaming PC and buying their content on disk or through downloads.
