That only matters if you have a pc to comfortable run it. I most console owners don't. I can't believe how ps4 fans tend to stress pc when they don't have a good one so in the end if they don't get an Xbox they wouldn't be able to play it anyways . so.. I case in point it still a system seller and you need an Xbox to play it

The availability is all that matters. If a PS gamer has a good enough PC then they can capitalize. Its as simple as that. This is what keeps some gamers from buying MS consoles and has been the reason for two previous gens to begin with.

Which is exactly their problem. They think Sony is the only competitior when in reality releasing PC ports is doing just as much damage. I'm sure there are people out there who will just get the PC version to the game they want and never pick up an X1. So it just boils back down to them not wanting Sony to profit off it which is just selfish if you're still losing the sale somewhere else.
