I agree to an extent. Yes if somebody is really good they can defeat many Metaknight players but overall Metaknight is OP. Lets put it like this, We both race in Mario Kart. The thing is i have the Star Item (or some other OP item) on the entire race, while you get the normal conditions settings. We are both about equally good at racing in the game. Who's going to most likely win?
Metaknight obviously isnt like that but he is broken in so many ways. There's a reason why he is banned. I for one wouldnt mind going up against a great metaknight player, but facts are facts. Metaknight just has so many tools at his disposal that in the competitive scene, he's almost hard to win against. Outside of the competitive seen is no different (unless you suck :P), he's just that good. If it wasnt noticeable then nobody would complain about it. Ex: Fox/Marth/Falco in SSBM are the best overall, but nobody has banned them cuz they aren't broken.
