If true, it's either two scum factions or one scum faction and an aggressive night-time vigilante then. I'd lay odds on the former; most vigilantes in my experience tend to be fairly cautious in using their powers, although you never know.
The question I have is why would scum try to kill RCT? It seems to me that he was (still somewhat is in my mind) one of the better lynch candidates, and if he is/was telling the truth yesterday regarding being automatically protected at night it would imply he likely has a modest-at-best other power, if he has any at all. It's an odd choice.
