Rise of the Tomb Raider but till not make me wish have a xbox 1 ,why?

One game by itself shouldn't get you to buy a console, it should be multiple games. If your interested in other Xbox One games and don't want to wait for the PS4/PC version maybe it be worth it. Same goes for the Wii U and PS4.
