I don't see the issue with giving more people a way to play. I do agree that the normal mode should be what the majoority of fans owuld want, but I honestly see no problem in offering a casual mode. 

How about...

Start up a new game - Hard Mode or HARDER MODE

I like that route better. 

Or.... here me out. 

Start up a new game - Easy Mode OR Hard Mode OR Harder Mode 

Triple the options, triple the fun xD
