20M shipped is pretty much certain.
Usually the console sells 2/3 of its sale on the second half of the year. So since ps4 sold about 5M the first half we can expect 19M total by the years and a possibility. Even 20 would be possible, but it will probably end up at 18 because of supply constrains.
