I suspect this is a $100 Million+ deal. Roughly speaking, I think they must sell 1 Million + consoles to break even on such a deal.
There's no way 1 Million people will buy XB1 for TR.

I can see 1 million folks buying it. If nothing more, that at least.

Over 1 Million XB1 owners will buy would buy TR, but I don't think 1 Million folks will now buy an XB1 to play TR.
E.g. Titanfall a more high profile console seller, only boosted sales by ~150k in March (combined with a price drop) and XB1 sales baseline dropped after that. TR will boost less than that.
