The rate is that ps4 is stable and getting big boost from exclusives and multiplats while the x1 sees very little boost and teh baseline keeps droping. Sot at that rate its quite possible.

At the normal, current rate, which is 50k vs 110k-120k, PS4 will never get 3:1.

It just droped to around 50k who knows if it will keep droping and after TLOU:R we dont know the current baseline of the ps4 might be a little higher.
