Ok, if this is really exclusive then I have to say in all fairness (to not be hypocritical), that I don't really like franchises that have been multiplat before going exclusive again and I do find it kinda dickish.
That being said, how fucking awesome is that announcement? Completely trolling everyone, making them think it's some weird horror game by a no-name studio and then revealing the people behind it? Absolute genius. I can only applaude the person that came up with this, what a brilliant motherfucker.
