There were quite a few. Volume, Tomorrow Children, Day Z, Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Rime (this looks amazing though), and I think some others. 

I don't believe you can really count Day Z as indie and Rime is being completely published by Sony. So that wouldn't be a indie title either.
