Wouldn't expect this soon, unless it comes as an "open beta". The PC version still has a shit ton of issues.
As for Planetside 2, as of E3, the are struggling with the UI, to make it work well on the PS4. It was playable though. 2014 release possible, but not confirmed unfortunately...
I wonder what will be the fate of the other SOE game - H1Z1. That's a direct competitor, and I don't think we still heard a flat out confirmation it will come out on the PS4. Would love to play it on the PS4 instead of my laptop, as it sounds even better than DayZ to me.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
