Look at th angle of his face. If you put your chin slightly down you will look fatter in the neck too.
EVERYONE look at his back just above his elbow, see those two dimples/divots. Those are exactly the same in both pics.
Also notice his facial hair/hair cut. Exactly the same. I would think its pretty hard to ensure they are exactly the same after 7 weeks.
