If Factor 5 is developing Kid Icarus, then what is Retro developing?

Retro are probably working on their Zelda.

Don't believe in Surfer Girl she knows so things but not everything she told me that the skate franchise wouldn't come to the Wii and she was wrong so she isn't a reliable source plus the guys of IGN where asked in one of the Nintendo Voice Chat Podcast about her and they said that she doesn't now everything so I don't think retro is developing a Zelda spin off why should they do that anyways it doesn't make sense nintendo needs then to work in a new IP rather that doing a Zelda spin off.
