Just go look at the WW weekly charts since the beginning of 2007. All three consoles are up.

The 360's lowest week this year matches their highest last year for the period from January to August. They really need to make some bigger price cuts soon.
It is just the Wii supply has been increased, and the PS3 has started to perform like it was supposed to when it launched. Should get ready for a couple big Wii weeks though, it is time for another spike.
