Ed O'Bannon has a valid reason for suing. The NCAA makes billions off of players, their likenesses, and their jersey numbers but if they take as little as a movie ticket from someone the player can lose everything. I don't see how Edo can lose this one. As far as the guy who's suing Sony because Killzone's not 1080p, he's just being an idiot and making a mockery of the already laughable legal system. It's things like these that make me sometimes think Jigsaw from the Saw films has a point (not that I'd go as far as he): Some people need to face serious problems in order to truly appreciate what they already have.
