It kinda sucks for Sony, because most games have to be created to fit Japanese likes, which usually makes it horrible to everyone else.
When Nintendo makes their games they have worldwide appeal, and don't have to isolate anyone.
I'm not saying Nintendo didn't work hard on that and make sure it worked, but Sony obviously hasn't be able to do what Nintendo does.
