I don't think so but why does it matter? I'm enjoying my Wii U games independently from their resolution and fps. Don't play graphics. Play great games.
PS4 and XB1 have quite a lot of games running 1080p at 60FPS (without counting all the sports games, indies and games with TBA FPS and resolution like BF Hardline, Project CARS, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, etc.).
