I don't understand why people are saying Japan is a Tier 2 country. Perhaps it is in regards to Xbox, but it is definately not in regards to gaming as a whole. If you remove PC gaming from the equation, Japan is likely the second largest consumer of video games, after the United States. Bigger than any one European country in the gaming realm
