Can Wii U ever regain decent 3rd party?

Maybe in Japan but I think most major Western developers outside of Ubisoft are in writing Nintendo off as an entity they actively wish to avoid dealing with unless both Sony and Microsoft fail spectacularly and Nintendo is the only one making money.
