Micaiah's team takes a lot of good management early on to pay off later.
For example, at the end of Part 1, I had every character in Micaiah's team except Fiona I think at 20/1 or better without using a single point of BEXP. Her team can turn out very well, but you need to be very good at divying out the kills and experience.
