Well of course it will.  By about late November.

Silly me, I forgot that everyone buys all games on release and finishes them within days.  Its a wonder PS+ and games with Gold has any takers whatsoever.

That was neither what I or, I believe, he were suggesting, it's just that EA won't put their newest games on the service a couple weeks after the launch, after all one of the main points of this service from EAs perspective is to entice people to buy more games digitally, since they get more money from that, that'll hardly happen if you just have to wait a couple weeks to get the game from the vault.
