There's also the factor of X1 has a shit ton of consoles on store shelves (my guess over 500k-600k) while wiiu probably has less than 250k, but i guess tht doesn't affect shipment as much.
But anywayz, you believe wat you will. Your post obviously have alot of facts in it, but things can change like wats been proving so many times before. I'll just wait to the time comes i guess. I dont want to fight something we wont agree on ever. Just make sure to not pull anything funny if your wrong on either predictions ok? :)
